Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Xexzo ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when the WhatsApp Chat Admin service on xexzo.com is used. The service allows an authorized administrator to communicate with customers through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Information we process

  • Administrator account information, login activity, and security records.
  • Customer names, phone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers, profile names, message content, delivery status, and message timestamps.
  • WhatsApp Business configuration details. Access tokens, app secrets, and webhook tokens are stored in encrypted form.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser details, webhook events, API responses, and error logs.

How we use information

We use this information to send and receive requested WhatsApp communications, show conversation history, provide delivery and read status, secure administrator access, prevent duplicate webhook events, troubleshoot failures, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

How information is shared

Information is shared with Meta and WhatsApp as needed to provide WhatsApp messaging. It may also be processed by hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers working on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

Retention and deletion

Conversation data is retained for operational and record-keeping needs unless it is deleted by an authorized administrator or a shorter period is required by law. Sanitized webhook logs are normally removed after 90 days and application logs are rotated according to the service configuration. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at support@xexzo.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security

We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted credentials, HTTPS, validation, logging safeguards, and restricted administrator access. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International processing and third-party services

Meta, WhatsApp, and infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Children

The service is intended for business communications and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through this administrative service.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
