These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the WhatsApp Chat Admin service available through xexzo.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
The service is provided for authorized business messaging. You must protect account credentials, promptly change default passwords, and ensure that only approved personnel access the administration panel. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Messaging responsibilities
You may contact only recipients you are legally permitted to message and must honor consent, opt-out, privacy, consumer-protection, and marketing rules. You must comply with the applicable Meta and WhatsApp Business terms, policies, message-template rules, and customer-service messaging windows.
Prohibited conduct
- Sending spam, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, or abusive content.
- Uploading malware or attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Using the service to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.
- Sharing access tokens, app secrets, passwords, or administrator access with unauthorized persons.
Third-party services
The service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and on hosting and network providers. Their availability, policies, pricing, account decisions, and technical limitations are outside our control. Messages may be delayed or rejected, including when WhatsApp template or customer-service-window requirements apply.
Service availability
We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and verifying important communications.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Xexzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party platform failures, unauthorized account access caused by a user's actions, or unlawful messaging activity.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when these terms, applicable law, or WhatsApp policies are violated, or when action is reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Xexzo operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
